📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic finance partner and financial advisor to Venue Management leadership, including the President • Advise on strategy, investment decisions, portfolio/venue-level economics, and growth initiatives • Represent Venue Management's financial position and priorities in corporate-level planning processes • Stress-test assumptions, size risk, and frame trade-offs for BU decision-making • Align finance, data, people, and systems priorities across Controllership, Insights/Analytics, HR, and IT • Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning process across venues, regions, and functional leads • Lead monthly management reporting and variance analysis • Inform analytical infrastructure, including models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks • Partner with Controllership on close-related matters and ensure reported results are clean, defensible, and audit-ready • Translate operational and financial data into business decisions • Coordinate with HR and IT on organizational design, resourcing, and systems needs, including ERP rollout • Review monthly financial results and align operational drivers with reported figures • Own the Venue Management KPI framework, including EBITDA, margin, budget attainment, and venue-level profitability • Prepare BU-level financial results and narratives for corporate and global consolidation processes • Identify and quantify cost savings, efficiency, and margin improvement opportunities • Partner with the President to prioritize and track execution • Participate in cross-enterprise finance initiatives such as ERP implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • MBA or CFA preferred • Significant progressive finance experience • Demonstrated FP&A leadership • Track record of direct business partnership with senior operating executives at President/GM/COO level or equivalent • Experience in a private equity-backed or multi-site environment strongly preferred • Background in venue management, live events, hospitality, sports & entertainment, or another multi-site operating business is a plus • Strong ERP and systems fluency, such as D365 or comparable platforms • Experience partnering through an ERP implementation is a plus • Executive presence and judgment to operate as a trusted advisor to a BU President • Ability to deliver difficult financial truths and strategic opportunities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex financial analysis into a clear narrative for varied audiences • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust and alignment across peer functional leaders without formal authority
