📋 Description

• Engage directly with prospective and current clients over phone and email • Provide guidance on loan products, prequalification, and next steps • Build strong client relationships rooted in trust and transparency • Work closely with Operations and Processing teams • Manage a robust pipeline • Make outbound calls to generate new business • Own the client experience from first conversation through closing • Answer inbound customer calls about loan products, prequalification criteria, and next steps • Communicate loan progress clearly and collect required documentation • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate business and strengthen retention • Monitor and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals and cycle time targets

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live in Missouri (MO) • At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record of performance and client trust • NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator • Hands-on experience originating a wide range of loan products • Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products and their unique benefits • Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including fair lending, privacy, RESPA, and TILA • Excellent phone sales skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with internal partners and external clients • Demonstrated coachability, adaptability, and a growth mindset • Ability to take ownership of the client experience and communicate proactively • Commitment to speed, ethics, impact, and accountability
