📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across the United Kingdom entity • Hold Vertical sales leaders accountable for local sales ambition, pipeline conversion, and client outcomes • Use consolidated forecast data to challenge vertical performance and surface local market risks • Translate sa.global’s global strategy, operating model, and transformation agenda into a local execution plan • Oversee project and service delivery quality and timeliness within the country • Act as the in-market escalation point for significant client matters • Identify local resource and capability gaps and ensure delivery teams are appropriately resourced • Champion adoption of AI-powered tools, offerings, and delivery methods • Ensure the country organisation can sell, deliver, and operate in an AI-augmented model • Ensure legal entity and regulatory compliance, including employment, tax, health and safety, and corporate governance requirements • Own works council and union relations where applicable • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, and cultural alignment • Integrate Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Support across the geography • Represent sa.global with clients, Microsoft local field teams, in-country partners, and industry bodies • Lead in-market Microsoft field engagement and represent the company’s brand, values, and strategic direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating as a general manager accountable for commercial performance, delivery quality, people capability, and client relationships • Experience operating effectively in a matrix organisation with shared accountability • Commercial discipline and ability to challenge sales ambition, pipeline conversion, and performance • Ability to navigate regulatory requirements, cultural nuance, works council dynamics, and global processes • Understanding of AI transformation, AI-powered tools, offerings, and delivery methods • Ability to lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, and cultural alignment • Ability to ensure compliance with local employment legislation, tax, health and safety, and corporate governance requirements • Ability to build relationships with key clients, Microsoft local field teams, in-country partners, and industry bodies
