📋 Description

• Review aviation-related information to support decisions about flight routes, spending practices, employee efficiency, safety, aviation regulations, national security, and other topics • Use data to make predictions and estimates related to aviation • Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations • Analyze architecture, overall systems design, concepts of operations, design, and implementation plans • Perform data-driven assessments, including alternative courses of action when interdependent projects experience delays • Identify opportunities for new technology insertions • Provide technical assistance in strategic planning, research and development, operations research, systems engineering, and briefing development • Prepare and develop various documents and briefings • Provide firsthand support for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) • Develop As-Is Analysis, To-Be Analysis, and Alternatives Analysis to recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures for organizations within and related to the BNATCS RSR Program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years or more of related experience; or Master's degree and 4 years or more of experience • Five years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree • Equivalent aviation data analyst experience in the U.S. Military or international control environment is acceptable • Proficiency in aviation data analysis tools and software, such as Tableau and Excel • Strong understanding of FAA regulations, national security protocols, and industry best practices is highly preferred • Experience developing and presenting technical briefings to stakeholders at various organizational levels • Ability to conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and lead process improvement initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing technical documents and reports • Familiarity with systems engineering and operations research methodologies is a plus • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain FAA public trust and FAA resume approval • Ability to work remotely and travel 10%
