📋 Description

• Review aviation-related information to support decisions about flight routes, spending practices, employee efficiency, safety, aviation regulations, national security, and other topics • Use data to make predictions and provide estimates related to aviation • Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations • Analyze architecture and overall systems design, concepts of operations, design, and implementation plans • Perform data-driven assessments, including alternative courses of action for project delays and opportunities for new technology insertions • Provide technical assistance in strategic planning, research and development, operations research, systems engineering, and briefing development • Prepare and develop documents and briefings • Support Business Process Re-engineering, including As-Is, To-Be, and Alternatives Analyses • Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures for organizations within and related to the BNATCS RSR Program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 1+ year of experience • Five years of relevant experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree • Equivalent aviation data analyst experience in the U.S. Military or international control environment is acceptable • Proficiency in aviation data analysis tools and software such as Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of FAA regulations, national security protocols, and industry best practices is highly preferred • Experience developing and presenting technical briefings to stakeholders at various organizational levels • Ability to conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and lead process improvement initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing technical documents and reports • Familiarity with systems engineering and operations research methodologies is a plus • US Citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain FAA public trust and FAA resume approval
