📋 Description

• Manage and grow the Communities of Interest (COI) program by fostering inclusive employee participation, supporting leaders, and building strong communities • Partner with the Director of Talent Management to design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies • Design and deliver an end-to-end employee listening strategy to enhance employee engagement • Create and deliver presentations, workshops, and resources supporting leadership development, performance trends, and professional growth • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape SAIC skilling strategies, address workforce capability gaps, and plan for future talent needs • Lead initiatives combining technology, culture, and people-centric approaches to create transformative employee experiences • Serve as a trusted Talent Management expert collaborating with leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners • Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys, including onboarding, candidate experience, and broader assessments • Translate survey results into recruitment and retention strategies and present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders • Partner with internal communications and HR teams to communicate survey results and execute action plans • Use pulse surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess candidate experience and the employee lifecycle journey • Champion a culture of feedback by incorporating candidate and new-hire perspectives into talent strategy decisions • Drive collaboration and accountability through programs that enhance employee engagement and experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or related fields, preferably within a fast-paced GovCon or global business environment • Strong track record of managing inclusive grass-roots employee networks • Demonstrated ability to create and implement innovative talent strategies aligned with business goals and culture • Proficiency in using data and analytics to make data-based decisions and measure program outcomes • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style • Experience partnering with leaders and HR teams to deliver dynamic employee experiences and drive measurable results • Passion as a change agent, fostering a purpose-driven culture, empowering employees, and driving transformational change
