📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities • Enhance functionality across existing ServiceNow modules to improve workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience • Integrate ServiceNow with FAA systems and data repositories to promote a unified system of record • Apply Agile SDLC methodologies to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems • Gather requirements and design integration solutions with stakeholders • Implement ServiceNow enhancements and integrations using best practices • Support FAA business process reengineering and standardization • Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 3-10 years of relevant ServiceNow Developer experience • Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems • Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance • Citizenship or Green Card with 3 years of residency • ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred • Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies desired • Familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software is a plus
