📋 Description

• Develop custom SharePoint solutions and integrations using SPFx, JavaScript, JSON, and SharePoint REST APIs • Analyze command business processes and identify modernization and automation opportunities within SharePoint 365 • Gather, document, and refine technical requirements with users and stakeholders • Design, develop, and deploy PowerApps Canvas and Model-driven apps • Automate workflows using Power Automate • Build and customize SharePoint Online pages, web parts, document libraries, and lists • Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and Power BI • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize SharePoint tools, scripts, and PowerApps • Collaborate with KM staff to translate operational needs into secure M365 implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two years’ experience; an additional four years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree • Minimum four years of application development experience focused on SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 • Hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise applications with PowerApps and Power Automate • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API • Experience using Visual Studio Code • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, list/library configuration, permissions management, and M365 best practices • Experience creating dashboards or data visualizations, preferably with Power BI integrated with SharePoint data sources • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Active Secret security clearance with ability to maintain it • US citizenship required • Desired: active CompTIA Security+ CE certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire • Desired: prior military or Army staff experience • Desired: React or TypeScript experience • Desired: Microsoft Graph API, custom connectors, external data/API integration experience • Desired: Power BI dashboard embedding in SharePoint Online and Teams • Desired: experience migrating legacy SharePoint structures to modern SharePoint Online and Power Apps
