📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Haitian Creole-speaking older adults in a virtual setting • Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Haitian Creole while meeting patients in their language and cultural context • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Must be licensed in Florida • Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole • Able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Available to build at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Part-time or full-time availability • 1099 arrangement starts at 15 hours per week; W2 arrangement starts at 25 hours per week
