📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults virtually • Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish within patients' language and cultural context • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently within a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a caseload matched with Spanish-speaking older adults • Support patients experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Start at 25 hours per week and build from there • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Must be California-licensed and independently licensed • Must provide license type and number during application
