📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative, supportive care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Build a flexible caseload based on stated availability

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Licensed in Arizona • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Availability to build at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Ability to work independently within a collaborative care team
