📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Provide care for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions • Serve patients through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Start at 25 hours per week and build from there • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health
