📋 Description

• Oversee creative requests for homepage, email, narratives, sales associate emails, print, and omni projects • Lead project calls and manage the workflow of creative requests • Ensure end-to-end communication with stakeholders for online marketing projects • Coordinate sales associate emails, store signage, and event invitations • Request creative forms, conduct kickoff calls, and build project briefs, timelines, and folders • Facilitate imagery requests, follow-ups, and brand or merchant feedback • Manage weekly homepage assets, heroes, emails, narratives, and omni projects across touchpoints • Oversee approvals and determine project assignments based on team bandwidth • Schedule style-out meetings with executive leadership • Assist with seasonal catalog development, vendor approvals, feedback rounds, and final catalog PDFs • Brief and assign projects to designers based on workload and collaborate with art directors • Maintain project schedules in project management systems • Archive and organize files with the photo editor • Develop and improve creative-team and cross-functional processes • Support the creative team with daily needs and one-off project requests

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of creative operations and project management as it pertains to print production or digital graphic design • Knowledge of the creative process and workflow • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage concurrent projects • Effective and direct communication skills • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams • Ability to adhere to established processes, timelines, and budgets • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, G Suite, and Wrike recommended • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Adobe Acrobat, recommended • Experience in fashion retail is a plus
