📋 Description

• Lead weekly update construction conferences with clients • Host contractor weekly update and coordination meetings • Coordinate with the design team to answer contractor RFIs • Coordinate and issue submittals • Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, contractors, landlords, building departments, and other construction stakeholders • Ensure uninterrupted equipment operation in critical environments • Develop tailored solutions for HVAC, generator, and utility upgrades • Create Method of Procedure (MOPs) detailing project task steps for clients • Strengthen client relationships and sustain trust through exceptional work • Review and interpret construction drawings • Update schedules using the client’s online construction portal, Project Mates • Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and deadlines • Develop project budgets and track status • Manage project meeting notes and follow-up lists

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering field • Five years’ experience as a Project Lead in the Good and Dairy Industries working for a manufacturer or an engineering consultant • Proficiency in engineering tools and software for project schedules, milestone tracking, project budgets, meeting notes, and follow-up lists • Ability to review and interpret construction drawings • Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Basic understanding of BMS/BAS systems beneficial but not required • Previous experience in a mission-critical facility beneficial • Previous commissioning experience beneficial • U.S.-based work context
