📋 Description

• Design, develop, debug, maintain, and integrate application modules • Work with internal business units to understand application development requirements • Develop applications that improve companywide productivity and information sharing • Contribute to internally developed applications and improve business workflows in the civil engineering space • Write unit and functional tests and perform manual application testing • Identify and solve problems with internal applications • Deliver technical proposals for process improvements, including work and cost savings estimates • Evaluate existing services/applications, new services/applications, and bespoke development solutions • Collaborate with regional IT team members and managers on enterprise-wide initiative deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in object-oriented Python development; frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask preferred • Experience with front-end JavaScript/TypeScript development; React experience a plus • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases; working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server a plus • Ability to work with third-party APIs with little or no official documentation • 3–5 years of Python experience • Bachelor's degree or AA in Computer Science, Software Engineering/Development, or another related discipline preferred
