📋 Description

• Responsible for driving the successful onboarding and integration of acquired companies • Manage a portfolio of acquisitions • Ensure business continuity during onboarding • Define integration strategy and execute on the integration roadmap • Engage with internal stakeholders at all levels • Translate M&A strategies into compelling narratives • Lead execution planning and manage resources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Drive continuous learning and organizational excellence in M&A

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, M&A integration management, or a related field • Proven experience in Program Leadership & Execution for large tech acquisitions • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being meticulous • Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement & Management skills • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication skills • Proven ability to translate complex strategies into clear narratives • Strong business acumen and analytical approach • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • A track record of successfully demonstrating the organization's core values
