📋 Description

• Shadow Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists in customer meetings and working sessions • Learn how business problems become AI solutions • Contribute to building AI agents that take real actions for government, nonprofit, and education organizations • Write and test prompts and improve how agents reason and use tools • Own an intern project such as a tool, prototype, or internal accelerator • Help build data pipelines and connect systems using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks • Help build dashboards that track agent performance • Build proofs-of-concept from idea to working demo • Present work and share ideas with senior engineers and the product team • Complete a capstone project presentation at the end of the 12-week program

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required, as this role involves work with U.S. Government agencies • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field • Experience in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to learn others • Some experience with LLMs and prompt engineering through class projects, personal projects, hackathons, or prior internships • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and data modeling • Relevant coursework, internships, or activities aligned to the role’s skills • Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical teammates • Curiosity about AI and experimentation with new tools and models • Collaborative, team-first attitude
