📋 Description

• Lead and manage design teams throughout project lifecycles • Develop project scope, timelines, and strategic roadmaps • Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborators • Lead customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative design sessions • Apply design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies • Create compelling stories and communicate design concepts and business value • Leverage AI tools to drive innovation and accelerate design delivery • Manage research initiatives and synthesize complex data insights • Provide thought leadership in pre-sales, go-to-market support, and business strategy discussions • Support Human Centered Change, training delivery, and cross-functional initiatives • Establish and maintain quality of design execution • Guide teams toward impactful design outcomes and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in experience design, user research, interaction design, or related fields • 3+ years of experience leading design teams and managing complex design initiatives throughout project lifecycles • Salesforce or other CRM product knowledge and solution design experience • Experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, ideally at Fortune 500 companies • Strong proficiency with AI tools, including generative AI and automation platforms • Experience in Human Centered Change (HCC), training delivery, business strategy, or pre-sales/go-to-market support • Advanced skills in human-centered design, design-thinking methodologies, interaction design, and journey mapping • Expert visual design and prototyping capabilities • Strong research and synthesis skills with qualitative and quantitative data • Strategic problem framing, stakeholder alignment, and client relationship management • Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks • Executive-level presentation and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Willingness to travel when required, up to 50% of the time • Prosci Certification preferred • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred • Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification preferred • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification preferred
