• Shape the strategy and roadmap for Agentforce Process Intelligence • Advocate for seamless, automated workflows bridging Salesforce Clouds • Engage with senior stakeholders and customers to define product vision • Lead and scale a growing team of product managers • Define and analyze success metrics for Process Intelligence features
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of proven experience in Salesforce’s product structure, processes, and ways of working • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management • Familiarity with process intelligence, BPM, workflow automation, analytics, and AI • Ability to grasp and translate complex customer needs into cloud-native technical capabilities • Excellent organization and communication skills
