📋 Description

• Provide steady architectural leadership across large and complex engagements • Partner with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute solution visions • Serve as a hands-on advisor combining Salesforce platform expertise, industry knowledge, and consulting acumen • Drive architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution • Ensure mission-critical programs are set up to deliver measurable outcomes • Provide and are accountable for architectural integrity, executive alignment, and elevate solution quality • Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success. • Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI clearance (a must). • Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy. • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs. • Experience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs. • Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Resourceful and innovative thinker.
