📋 Description

• Support work streams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements • Partner with key collaborators to achieve customer vision and complete key deliverables • Serve as a hands-on advisor and trusted advisor to clients • Present and demonstrate solutions to obtain customer acceptance • Identify key risks and issues and address difficult conversations with teams and customers • Interact with product owners, business process owners, and technical resources to understand capabilities and requirements • Analyze information and craft comprehensive solutions • Provide thought leadership and standard processes internally and externally • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying technologies that increase business value • Collaborate on internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the knowledge base • Handle customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct key artifacts to keep projects on track and solutions maintainable • Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and clients to design technology solutions • Contribute to program vision, business case creation, and justification • Monitor and deliver program/project elements throughout the lifecycle • Advise on and articulate strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform

🎯 Requirements

• Strong presentation skills; able to successfully present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of collaborators • Meticulous individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop audience-appropriate materials • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Consistent track record analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes via technology and integration • Ability to work through and solve problems • Ability to travel 25% based on individual customer needs • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative subject area is preferred • Equivalent validated work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered • Confirmed results translating business user stories into technical requirements documents • Confirmed results leading customer and/or partner success • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended
