📋 Description

• Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer facing communication • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents • Manage customer engagements without support • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to continuously improve Informatica’s products and marketing • Share best practices, content, and tips and tricks within the primary area of responsibility • Stay current on certification of services required for area of responsibility • Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities including technical advisory, workshops, etc. • Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun • Support demos at marketing events without support.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance • 5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience • Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products • Skills on at least one INFA related software platform /technology • Storytelling, and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects specific to use cases • Experience engaging and creating relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners • Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%) and to work flexible hours • Basic knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data related technologies highly preferred • Basic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects highly preferred • Certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data related cloud technology at the level defined by the business area of focus • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
