📋 Description
• Grow a portfolio of enterprise customers through account acquisition and account expansion strategies • Hire and coach top performers and maintain talent density • Innovate and improve processes and policies within the Client Solutions department
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team • You display a “challenge-accepted” mentality • You are passionate about training, coaching, and developing talent • You inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals • You are results-driven and excel at identifying new & innovative ways to drive growth
