📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with practice leadership to uncover pain points and operational inefficiencies • Design and implement impactful solutions that draw on internal capabilities, external partnerships, and cutting-edge legal and generative AI technologies • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development— from discovery and design through to agile delivery • Facilitate exploratory meetings and user research with internal stakeholders, attorneys, clients, and SMEs to identify business challenges • Serve as a trusted advisor to practice leadership • Partner with practice leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable business capabilities, roadmaps and detailed plans • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide thoughtful updates throughout project lifecycles • Act as the accountable leader for the solution initiative • Identify and validate pain points and map them to viable AI-driven use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in Product Management, Solution Management or Innovation-focused roles • Direct experience in a law firm environment, as a practicing attorney or experience with legal technology preferred • Proficiency in tools for product management (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Dovetail) • Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch to iterative improvement, especially for AI-powered solutions • Demonstrated ability to apply Design Thinking principles to product discovery, prioritization and solutioning. • Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Superior communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to make effective presentations to small and/or large groups of internal and external participants • Ability to work effectively both independently and with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and capable of producing quality written communications such as presentations, spreadsheets, slides and other standard work documents.
