📋 Description
• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects • Manage multidisciplinary project teams • Review, manage, and control project status and budgets • Manage schedules and prepare status reports • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem solving • Manage projects through design, implementation, and testing • Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment • Supervise professional and technical support personnel • Schedule tasks and coordinate team members • Manage vendor task integration and review vendor deliverables • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables • Conduct project meetings and handle project tracking, analysis, and reporting • Generally report to a Program Manager
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience) • 15 years experience leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT support contract serving a user community of 80K agency personnel • US citizenship required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance
