📋 Description

• Completion or oversight of all maintenance, groundskeeping, onsite operations • Some tenant resolution and customer experience tasks • Janitorial tasks for assigned self-storage properties • Provide internal and external customers with outstanding • Ensure company standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety • Responsible for assisting existing tenants or new customers • Utilize SAM equipment (tablet/Smart device) to help with onsite operations • Complete Weekly and Monthly Maintain X FSR Checklist • Frequently conduct storage unit inspections • Confirm inventory availability, ensure spaces are secure • Manage unrentable units process to SAM standard • Prepare vacant units for rent • Maintain the exterior appearance of assigned properties • Conduct regular lock audits and full property walk-throughs • Respond promptly to any potential breach of security issues • Oversee Engrain Map process • Assist with managing and responding to tenant maintenance requests • Support foreclosure procedures for tenants in lien status • Participate in property improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum of one year Property Maintenance or self-storage experience • Demonstrated competency in performing basic mechanical repairs and maintenance. • Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record is required. • Basic technology skills using smart phones, apps, and other • Proven knowledge of safety best practices. • Proven hard worker, self-starter, and positive • High level of organizational and prioritization • Collaborative team player • Willingness and flexibility to meet the changing requirements of the
