📋 Description

• Own cross-cutting initiatives driving business and commercial impact for the Telematics business unit • Work directly with the head of Telematics and go-to-market and field leaders • Identify, scope, and incubate new product bets adjacent to core telematics and vehicle gateway products • Form hypotheses and build business cases • Pair with small engineering pods to prototype validated ideas and engage real customers • Operate as a hands-on individual contributor on ambiguous, complex problems • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in B2B, ideally enterprise B2B • Direct, hands-on familiarity working with field, go-to-market, and sales teams • Experience finding product-market fit for a B2B SaaS product • Track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 in a B2B environment • Strong commercial and business judgment • Ability to size a market opportunity and build a business case from first principles • Comfortable using AI tools to prototype and build quickly • Former founder or other high-ownership, self-starter experience is ideal • Experience in a business with physical-world tangibility is ideal • No deep telematics domain expertise required; it will be built on the job
