📋 Description

• Lead the Enablement Business Operations function • Ensure enablement runs like a business with clear processes and operational rigor • Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams within Shared Services • Partner with enablement leaders to meet operational needs • Own reporting and governance frameworks for program visibility

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in similar enablement, business operations, or program management roles • Proven experience building or scaling operational functions within an enablement or GTM organization • Experience leading and developing managers, not just individual contributors • Strong data and reporting orientation • Excellent written and oral communication skills
