📋 Description

• Lead the Driver Management team • Own the platform powering driver identification and assignment • Own product vision, strategy, and the north star metric of 100% driver assignment • Work directly with customers and drivers to define seamless and efficient assignment experiences • Define and optimize computer vision, machine learning, and voice-agent solutions • Collaborate with AI and ML teams • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive experimentation and iteration using data and customer feedback • Partner with engineering teams to deliver technically complex platform solutions • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Proven track record shipping products used by real end users at scale • Strong analytical rigor, including decomposing metric problems into segments, root causes, and sequenced solutions • Technical depth to partner with ML engineers on model strategy, confidence thresholds, and system architecture • Track record of shipping with urgency and iterating quickly • Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience with computer vision, facial recognition, or voice/audio products • Background in growth, funnel optimization, or marketplace roles with end-to-end ownership of a conversion metric • Platform product management experience • MBA preferred
