📋 Description

• The Clinical Applications Team Lead manages their assigned territory while mentoring and supporting the regional Clinical Applications team. • Collaborates closely with the Clinical Leader on daily scheduling, team development, and customer support, and partners with Direct Sales Representatives and Dealer Partners to drive growth for Samsung Women’s Health Ultrasound. • Acts as a mentor and point of escalation, ensuring consistent, high-quality clinical application support across the region. • Provides ongoing feedback and real-time coaching during demonstrations, installations, and customer interactions to ensure consistency and excellence. • Supports hiring, onboarding, and professional development of new team members. • Works with the Clinical Leader on resource planning to maximize efficiency and return on investment. • Strategically plans and executes product demonstrations, influencing purchasing decisions and driving system adoption. • Represents the company at scientific meetings and trade shows, maintaining clinical responsibilities to AE and customers within their territory.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS preferred, RDMS required, Fetal Echo registry preferred. • 5-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in MFM, Ob/Gyn and Fetal Echo applications required. • Skilled in 2D, 3D and Color Doppler across applications. • Experience supporting Women’s Health Commercial Market. • Prior commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist preferred. • Strong market knowledge and competitive mindset. • Strong presentation skills and the ability to perform clinical and product training to all levels of customers. • Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills required. • Must be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervision. • Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
