📋 Description

• Own the partner validation loop • Run the discovery workflow and rank candidates • Apply semiconductor domain judgment • Close the experimental feedback loop • Align targets across internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field • 6+ years of post-PhD experience in industrial or applied R&D developing semiconductor process chemicals • Direct experience discovering or evaluating PFAS-lean/PFAS-free alternatives for semiconductor manufacturing • Working knowledge of semiconductor unit processes • Demonstrated ability to lead application-driven engagements with external partners • Proficiency in Python • Familiarity with generative molecular design, high-throughput virtual screening
