📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for large volumes of network, operational, and performance data • Integrate data from DataMiner and other operational or network-monitoring systems • Develop scalable data models for operational analytics, network monitoring, reporting, and dashboards • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions • Implement and configure DataMiner as a centralized monitoring and analytics platform • Establish metrics, triggers, and alerting requirements • Aggregate monitoring data from geographically distributed network sources • Analyze high-volume network telemetry during weather events, outages, recovery events, and other network conditions • Develop monitoring capabilities to determine when recovery mechanisms activate and whether services perform as expected • Translate modeling assumptions and expected service behavior into measurable performance indicators • Automate recurring performance reporting and post-event analysis • Identify trends, anomalies, and service-performance issues and provide actionable recommendations • Create reporting for technical teams and executive stakeholders • Collaborate with network engineering, operations, analytics, and business teams • Establish scalable data and analytics practices for growing telemetry and monitoring requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Skyline DataMiner to pull and analyze network telemetry, service availability, network recovery, reliability, or performance data • Experience in data engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or a combination of these disciplines • Experience building automated event-driven analytics, alerting, or reporting workflows • Understanding of network performance concepts and ability to collaborate with network engineers • Experience designing and supporting data pipelines involving large or complex datasets • Strong SQL and data modeling skills • Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and operational reporting using Power BI • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise and operational systems • Experience developing monitoring metrics, KPIs, alerts, or automated reporting • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance trends • Ability to translate complex technical data into understandable insights for business and executive audiences • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, analytics, and business teams • Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers • Must not require or use c2c arrangements
