📋 Description

• Lead and support continuous process improvement efforts using structured methodologies • Design, implement, and sustain workflow, automation, and self-service solutions • Translate process improvement opportunities into workflows, automation rules, and platform configurations • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual effort, reduce cycle time, and improve service quality • Partner with platform, infrastructure, service desk, business, technical, automation, and operational teams • Analyze operational workloads, intake paths, approvals, handoffs, and work sequencing across Technology Services • Design and redesign workflows using automation, standardization, and simplified process models • Pilot redesigned processes, evaluate results, and refine solutions before broader implementation • Develop data-driven recommendations for leadership decisions on continuation, scaling, or redesign • Maintain a prioritized backlog of process and workflow improvement opportunities • Monitor redesigned processes to ensure improvements are sustained • Measure continuous improvement outcomes using defined KPIs and performance indicators • Document processes, solutions, and outcomes for sustainment and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required • Equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of education • Minimum of three years’ experience in process improvement, service optimization, operational analysis, or continuous improvement roles • Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training or certification preferred • Familiarity with ServiceNow • Contact Center solutions experience, such as Cisco Webex Contact Center, beneficial • Knowledge of ITSM principles and service practices • Experience with workflow redesign, automation, self-service, and process standardization • Ability to use KPIs and performance indicators to measure outcomes
