📋 Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day performance of the product development team. • Manages and coordinates product development activities within the department. • Develops best practices to ensure commercial products are positioned to meet Sanford Health Plan strategies and membership goals. • Drives the analysis, development and monitoring of new and existing products and services. • Participates in conducting market research and analysis, measuring customer preferences, industry standards and trends. • Collaborates with other teams to evaluate, analyze and modify benefit designs, networks and pricing to ensure marketability of products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or healthcare administration required • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum five years’ experience in new product development or business management • Previous insurance sales experience helpful
