📋 Description

• Lead the ongoing analysis, planning, and management of a product line, Health Plan, or Sanford Health System service • Identify areas of product enhancement or new product development • Interface with external customers, clients, agents, businesses, professional peers, prospects, and members to understand market requirements • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and feasibility through development, launch, and performance evaluation • Collaborate with leadership, Performance Excellence, and cross-functional teams to translate market needs into actionable requirements • Develop and manage product plans, including cost-benefit analyses, budgets, schedules, and work plans • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to assess market opportunities, financial viability, and sales potential • Support digital engagement and marketing outreach through mobile applications, social media, and SEO/SEM • Lead product performance tracking, enhancement planning, and retirement strategies • Evaluate and integrate data to inform lifecycle decisions and continuous improvement • Develop competitive intelligence tools and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation • Integrate complex business cases into product portfolio strategy and recommend optimal product mix • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, discussions, and executive/governance reviews • Communicate product strategy and execution status to Product Development leadership • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate submission, filing, and reporting requirements with regulatory and legal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required • Minimum five to ten years’ of relevant experience in healthcare and/or consumer product marketing with emphasis in product management and strategy development • Maintains ongoing competency in product management practices and regulatory requirements • Regular attendance and active participation in strategic planning and execution are essential to the role
