📋 Description

• Acquire, validate, clean, and structure data from primary and secondary sources • Analyze complex datasets for trends, patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using descriptive and predictive analytics • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Provide business intelligence and reporting to Distribution stakeholders • Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports • Partner with analysts, process teams, and engineers on continuous improvement initiatives and report actual results, ROI, and ROPI • Collaborate with IT and Distribution stakeholders on business tool and system design, support, maintenance, and improvement • Configure and maintain WMS and related system data, including site configuration and UAT support • Oversee LMS administration and data recertification • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 1-3 years experience in data analysis, supply chain or warehouse logistics analysis preferred • Solid knowledge of technology-based distribution systems and tools • Experience with HighJump/Körber WMS, SQL databases and reporting tools, Exacta WCS, Easy Metrics, and AutoStore preferred • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong data visualization, reporting, and data storytelling skills • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience with statistical analysis preferred • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred • Flexible schedule and ability to provide off-hours support remotely or onsite as needed • Ability to travel infrequently as needed to support SanMar distribution network, up to 10%, preferred • Ability to comply with all policies and standards
