📋 Description

• Ensure SanMar’s customers comply with each state’s requirements and process resale renewals according to state schedules • Maintain working knowledge of various forms and state requirements • Monitor incoming faxes and emails directed to the Resale Team and route them as necessary • Complete customer information updates within 24 hours, including address, name, and ownership changes • Assist with resale issues and renewals by working with customers, Inside Sales, and Credit departments • Request resale forms when required • Meet deadlines for the monthly state resale renewal project • Maintain and update SanMar’s customer software and customer information systems • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of customer service experience preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office • Track record demonstrating outstanding customer service skills • Proven track record demonstrating excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-directed with minimal supervision • Ability to learn and retain new processes and procedures and use available resources to find answers and information • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility with change • Strong attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work independently and confidently • Excellent organizational and time management skills
