📋 Description

• Provide customer support across inbound phone calls, live chats, email, and back-office tickets • Guide users through the PCI-DSS compliance process with clear, step-by-step instructions • Assist customers with accessing, navigating, and troubleshooting the online platform • Use knowledge bases, tools, and resources to independently resolve complex issues • Collect, verify, and apply information to prioritize first-contact resolution • Identify process-streamlining opportunities and recommend improvements or escalate trends • Manage workload independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy • Handle escalations and difficult conversations professionally • Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems • Meet or exceed performance metrics, service levels, and quality expectations across support channels

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience in a call center customer support role • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Collaborative, upbeat, and customer-focused • Clear communication and active listening skills • Professional phone presence and soft skills • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks • Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
