• Engage in account-based business-to-business interactions with Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers • Present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue • Deliver Sanofi Vaccines portfolio goals • Act as an account orchestrator to provide a cohesive customer experience and improve customer and patient outcomes • Leverage cross-functional support from Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access teammates, strategic account managers, Hospital business managers, and other territory stakeholders • Grow portfolio share and revenue and deliver product goals • Serve as a therapeutic area expert and position and differentiate products • Identify market dynamics and trends and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives • Ensure optimal account success within the assigned geography • Analyze account and territory data with internal data specialists to help HCPs operate more effectively • Determine optimal ABM strategies using AI and digital tools • Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business • Differentiate portfolio contracting options and competitive offerings through financial presentations • Perform according to a buy/bill model, including complex pricing analysis, price calculator usage, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, and securing contract amendments • Adapt to changing environments and sales methodologies, including remote selling techniques • Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities • Maximize the geographic territory budget • Participate in and help lead industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience with business-to-business knowledge • Broad understanding of the healthcare environment, decision-making processes, and market trends • Proven track record of accessing decision makers • Skills and success within a business-to-business environment • Strong commercial business acumen, strategic thinking, critical thinking/problem-solving, and innovative thinking capabilities • Ability to navigate a hybrid environment and determine the optimal HCP selling model • Experience with omnichannel approaches and customer engagement through appropriate channels using insights • Demonstrated ability to use data and data analytics to uncover valuable customer insights • Passion and learning aptitude for science • Knowledge related to disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends • Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple products • Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Valid driver’s license • Eligibility for insurance coverage • Ability to safely operate a vehicle • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Preferred: graduate degree • Preferred: minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience with business-to-business experience • Preferred: 2+ years of account management experience • Preferred: enhanced digital acumen • Preferred: strong clinical acumen • Preferred: experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance • Preferred: proficiency with MS Office and customer management databases
