• Educate health care providers using approved resources before treating prescribed patients • Educate staff on disease, product, procurement, administration, and support services after prescription • Develop and maintain account plans and use CRM to manage territory and record activities • Conduct educational programming with HCP staff using approved resources • Ensure patients are educated and do not face unnecessary barriers to therapy • Communicate treatment barriers to prescribers and office staff • Collaborate with field partners to reduce cycle time for prescribed patient starts • Support patient access, enrollment, and adherence with field teams and case managers • Educate ITP, aTTP, and multiple myeloma patients on disease and product • Conduct branded and unbranded live and virtual patient education programs • Support ongoing adherence to prescribed therapy • Represent Sanofi at local patient events and support patient communities • Maintain accurate and timely patient engagement documentation in CRM • Ensure compliance with corporate, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements
• BA/BS Degree is required • A nursing or clinical background is required • Previous 3+ years pharmaceutical / biotech industry experience • Previous 3+ years prior experience in field educator role (pharmaceutical sales, pharmaceutical clinical educator, hospital or home health) is required • Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit products • Excellent presentation skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • English required; bilingual Spanish preferred • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams • Technical skills to navigate and learn multiple complex platforms • Ability to meet requirements for hospital credentialing • Ability to travel up to 60% within a territory • Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings • Valid Driver’s License • Completion of fleet safety training and maintenance of an acceptable driving record • Rare Disease, Hematology/Oncology, Apheresis experience preferred • Prior pharmaceutical product launch experience preferred
