📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execute branded and unbranded disease, inheritance, and product education for patients and families across the assigned Rare Disease portfolio and potential future launches • Evaluate individual patients' educational needs and develop personalized action plans for relevant education and support • Facilitate patient education through individual, family, and group meetings, patient organizations, and communities at regional and national levels • Develop and execute patient programming strategies for key accounts across therapeutic areas • Deliver disease and product in-services for home and outpatient infusion settings and coordinate with field team members • Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, Case Management, and Strategic Account Management teams to enhance key account strategies • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions, prioritize initiatives, and meet established KPIs • Document communication details accurately and promptly in the CRM database • Coordinate patient-related information exchange compliantly with internal and external stakeholders • Improve processes and outcomes through change and innovation • Complete administrative reports and projects on time • Maintain medical and scientific expertise through continuing education and internal training • Provide caseload coverage outside the assigned territory as needed • Travel extensively, 50%–75%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health care/life sciences or equivalent • 3+ years of clinical experience • Excellent verbal and written communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to connect with patients, caregivers, and providers • Ability to convey complex concepts clearly to clinical and non-clinical audiences • Demonstrated success working in a complex matrix • Strong people skills, including flexibility, persistence, creativity, empathy, and trust • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills • Flexibility in working hours to meet patient and business demands • Must be able to travel extensively (50%–75%) • Preferred: Master of Science or other advanced medical/scientific degree • Genetic counseling certification or nursing registration preferred • Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry preferred • Experience in Genetics, Neurology/Neuromuscular, Renal, or Hematology/Oncology preferred • Spanish language skills preferred
