📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execute branded and unbranded disease, inheritance, and product education for patients and families • Evaluate patients’ educational needs and develop personalized action plans • Facilitate individual, family, and group patient education meetings and support patient organizations and communities • Develop and execute patient programming strategies for key accounts • Deliver disease and product in-services for home and outpatient infusion settings • Build relationships with Strategic Account Management teams, including Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and Case Management • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions, prioritize initiatives, and meet KPIs • Document communications accurately in the CRM database • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal and regulatory requirements • Coordinate compliant exchange of patient-related information • Improve processes and outcomes through innovation • Complete administrative reports and projects • Maintain medical and scientific expertise through continuing education and internal training • Provide caseload coverage outside the assigned territory as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health care/life sciences (or equivalent) • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to connect with patients, caregivers, and providers • Ability to convey complex concepts clearly to clinical and non-clinical audiences • Experience and demonstrated success working in a complex matrix to accomplish goals • Strong people skills demonstrating flexibility, persistence, creativity, empathy, and trust • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills • Must be able to travel extensively (50%–75%) • Genetic counseling certification or nursing registration preferred • Master of Science degree, or other advanced medical or scientific degree preferred • Experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry preferred • Experience in Genetics, Neurology/Neuromuscular, Renal, or Hematology/Oncology preferred • Spanish language skills preferred
