📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor safeguarding and optimizing adoption and consumption of SAP-centric digital innovation • Manage complex customer relationships and Premium Engagement engagements for assigned federal, Department of Defense, state, local, education, healthcare, public-sector, and private-sector accounts • Gather customer business and roadmap insights to support successful engagement delivery • Lead premium engagement steering meetings with customers • Manage the Premium Engagement customer engagement service plan • Maintain and update weekly views of Premium Engagement time actuals and revenue forecasting in NS2 financials (ECC) • Deliver MaxSecure contract components in collaboration with customers, SAP AGS COE, BackOffice, NS2 COE, NS2 BackOffice, SAP Consulting, and SAP Active Global Support • Collaborate with the NS2 Service and Support MaxSecure Delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen • SAP NS2 does not offer visa sponsorship for this role • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance • Over ten years of experience in business software implementation consulting or support • At least five years managing or delivering SAP engineering and maintenance-related services • Expert-level, customer-facing communication and presentation skills with executive audiences • Proven experience migrating on-premise software to cloud across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions • Prior ERP software implementation experience required • Experience in software services sales, contract management, or negotiations • Deep knowledge of the SAP Maintenance Portfolio, including SAP Enterprise Support, SAP Standard Support, SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises, SAP MaxAttention, and SAP ActiveEmbedded • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders • Capability to independently lead and manage work with minimal supervision • Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% or as needed by the customer
