📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for large and strategic SAP RISE customers • Lead conversations on landscape changes, cloud operations, and service delivery plans • Coordinate specialists across SAP delivery teams to resolve complex technical challenges • Review architecture, security, business continuity, and network requirements to align solutions with customer needs • Conduct regular operational and technical reviews and drive issues through resolution • Shape migration roadmaps with customers, implementation partners, and SAP services teams • Support the Client Delivery Manager in regular stakeholder cadence with customers • Manage expectations regarding service delivery • Guide enterprise customers through complex SAP cloud environments • Provide technical consulting, solution architecture, SAP operations, cloud delivery, and customer-facing project leadership • Collaborate with delivery, operations, account, and consulting teams across SAP

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Must be able to access customer data • SAP Basis administration and SAP technical consulting experience: 8+ years • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Management preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools • Understanding of SAP cloud solutions and integration with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc. • Knowledge of SAP landscape architecture and lifecycle management • SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion knowledge • Cloud platform experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud • Technical project management experience • SAP security, networking, and compliance knowledge • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience with SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, or SAP HANA certifications is a plus • Experience and certifications with IaaS providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP) is an advantage • SAP HANA and S/4HANA skills are helpful but not mandatory • Knowledge of cloud security, including cybersecurity, encryption, and key management, is preferred • SAP NS2 does not offer visa sponsorship for this role
