📋 Description
• Conduct risk-based compliance monitoring, testing, and documentation for retail banking and lending • Support HMDA LAR data integrity through validation and research • Analyze compliance issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions • Prepare workpapers, metrics, and management-ready documentation • Partner with business lines and Compliance Management for remediation
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of lending or consumer compliance experience in a financial institution • Experience with HMDA LAR validation and retail or lending compliance monitoring • Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred • Knowledge of the consumer loan lifecycle and supporting systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel
