📋 Description

• Develop and drive a comprehensive analytics and reporting strategy tied directly to business objectives • Ensure analytics initiatives connect to broader company strategy • Build relationships with business leaders and departments to understand goals, pain points, and reporting needs • Facilitate prioritization of work and initiatives with business leaders • Identify opportunities where analytics can improve business outcomes • Design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards • Tailor insights for frontline teams and senior leadership • Guide analysts and developers on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization • Foster a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement • Oversee data collection, validation, and integrity • Design strategies for gathering and reviewing data requirements before projects begin • Lead analytics projects end-to-end, including scoping, requirements, documentation, execution, and delivery • Use Agile methodologies to keep projects moving and teams aligned • Assess analytics processes and reporting methods and introduce new tools, techniques, and best practices • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive action • Facilitate alignment-focused meetings • Work closely with IT and data engineering to support analytics infrastructure at scale • Partner cross-functionally to embed analytics into everyday business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics or data analysis, including experience working directly with business stakeholders to identify and solve reporting needs • A track record of leading projects (and ideally, people) from idea to impact • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Strong SQL skills • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform; Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps • Solid grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes • Healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) experience is a plus, though not required • GitHub experience is a nice-to-have • Ability to diagnose messy problems and design clean solutions • Ability to communicate and present with confidence to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of quality • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
