📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare positions and other assigned roles • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and role fit • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and guide the recruiting process • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers • Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide hiring progress updates • Participate in hiring events, virtual recruiting activities, and talent attraction initiatives • Promote Savista’s employer brand through social media and recruiting platforms • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures • Collaborate with Human Resources and internal partners on hiring initiatives and process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience • At least 1 year of recruiting experience supporting high-volume hiring, preferably in healthcare administration or revenue cycle management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team • Commitment to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel • Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system preferred • Experience recruiting for healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare administrative positions preferred • Experience using Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems preferred • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus
