• Own the intake and translation of business requests into clearly defined, actionable requirements. • Partner directly with stakeholders to understand needs, ask the right questions, and design scalable, well-structured solutions. • Independently manage mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects from intake through delivery. • Drive clarity, maintain momentum, and ensure projects are completed on time with strong stakeholder alignment. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system design. • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our broader RevOps strategy.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with a proven track record in strategic process development and project leadership. • Deep Salesforce expertise, with strong experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements for development and architecture teams. • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, guide, and engage senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on leveraging data to drive operational improvements and ensure data integrity. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative leader capable of driving initiatives with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
