📋 Description

• Help drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance, evaluate new business initiatives, and analyze potential investments • Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and business drivers • Serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial guidance and decision support to teams across the organization • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed by senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis • Proven experience managing different stakeholders within a technology organization • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills • Strong proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • MBA or CPA is a plus
