âą Ensure accuracy of commission payments by auditing data, resolving discrepancies and enforcing compensation rules. âą Analyze compensation trends and provide actionable insights on sales performance âą Maintain and enhance commission systems, tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency âą Respond to sales inquiries regarding commission payments and provide clear explanations of compensation calculations âą Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce errors, and enhance user experience
âą 5-7 years of related experience âą Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience âą Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills âą Process Improvement Expertise: Strong ability to identify and optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. âą Collaborative Leadership: Effective in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and support of sales operations. âą Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy âą Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts âą Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
